Our customers trust us, <because.../>
Behind every completed project lies communication, a clear <process/>, and attention to detail.
Here’s what some of the clients and partners we’ve worked with over the years have to say.
I would like to thank the ND SOFT team for their productive work, professional attitude, and dedication throughout the entire process of creating the Eltrak Bulgaria website. They are exceptional professionals who take a personalized approach and pay impressive attention to every detail. All of our requirements were not only met but also enhanced with valuable ideas and expert recommendations. The end result is a modern, functional, and well-structured website that combines an excellent user experience with a design that fully aligns with our corporate identity.
We have had the pleasure of working with the ND SOFT team since 2016, and during this time they have established themselves as a reliable and valuable partner. ND SOFT are exceptional perfectionists, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and a commitment to the quality of their work. You can fully rely on them, as they always deliver their projects on time and perform their work with attention to detail. They are our primary subcontractor for all our web-based projects and an indispensable partner in the execution of our most significant projects, and we are confident that they will be a valuable asset for any future project or collaboration.
I’ll describe Desi and the ND SOFT team in two words - professionals and friends! At a time when an online presence is a huge part of every business, they stay on top of the latest trends and make sure we have the best, while also being creative and offering solutions that stand out for their quality and good taste. Last but not least - they have our complete trust, and we know that with them, our digital presence is in safe hands.
Working with ND SOFT literally saved us from bankruptcy - we had an old, non-functional website that was not only useless but, on the contrary, led people to believe we were behind the times and had outdated views, so they ignored it entirely. ND SOFT not only built us a fully functional and operational website, but also worked side by side with us until we fine-tuned it and made it exactly what a modern, effective website should be - one that brings customers directly to us! Ever since our paths crossed with ND SOFT in 2018, we’ve attracted entirely new customers and entered the 21st century at full speed! We continue to work with the company; they maintain and update our website, perform SEO and GEO optimizations, post news and new products, and keep the site’s design and functionality up to date. I highly recommend them - a cohesive, modern, well-trained, and well-coordinated team with a vision for today and tomorrow!
I am impressed by the ND SOFT team, who developed and maintain our online store for handmade gifts. The team’s high level of professionalism, reliability, and excellent organization of the workflow have led to great results - a functional, fast, and aesthetically pleasing website. Their friendly attitude and relaxed communication style are another big plus. I’m happy that we continue to work together, and I can only say a big THANK YOU!
I have had the pleasure of working with the ND SOFT team on building a new website from scratch and now maintaining it. I am impressed by the creativity and artistry they put into creating the site, all while meeting all of my requirements. I would describe the work on this project as highly valuable, professional, tasteful, and functional—a website that works flawlessly and is polished to perfection. Our collaboration continues. I highly recommend them!
I’m speechless… My feelings ranged from complete helplessness to euphoria. I had a problematic website, riddled with errors that had accumulated over many years due to various “specialists.” The moment I changed the theme, the problems began - it would freeze, fail to load, crash, and so on. The ND SOFT team transformed it beyond recognition; it became like brand new - they literally breathed new life into it. They fixed errors, plugins, settings… everything. Now the site is running better than ever. In fact, it has never worked as well as it does now, after their intervention. A huge thank you for all your hard work!
